Inspired by the essence of Mumbai, Archana Kochhar’s collection ‘Mumbai Checkmate’ took the audience on a journey of style and glamour as the show presented an array of silhouettes. Taking forward her signature checks, a refreshing jolt was added, on a white backdrop by injecting shots of bold neon hues like poppy yellow, electric orange and bubblegum pink, complimenting the couture, models graced the runway adorning the elegant collection from Metro Shoes. Her showstoppers Shazahn Padamsee and Prabhu Deva looked resplendent as they walked in her outfits.
As she takes a bow with Shazahn Padamsee and Prabhu Deva Archana exclaims, “My team and I have put in lot of effort in making this collection and I hope that it appeals to the sensibility of everyone concerned.”
