After a successful Mumbai edition, Hindustan Times, Delhi brought to its readers ‘Delhi’s Most Stylish’, the iconic awards that celebrate style and the stylish, bringing together people across politics, fashion, films and more. In its third year, the awards once again saw a fabulous jury of style stalwarts Chitrangda Singh, Peter Punj, Sunil Sethi, Sanjoy Narayan – Editor in Chief Hindustan Times, and Sonal Kalra – Editor HT City who, in consultation with the HT City Editorial team, chose the 20 Most Stylish men and women of Delhi. The winners were felicitated at a star studded red carpet event.
Delhi’s Most Stylish men and women for 2013 are Shashi Tharoor, Virat Kohli, Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, Suneet Verma, Jamal Sheikh, Dr. Naresh Trehan, Malvinder Singh, Romi Chopra, Ambika Anand, Indrani Dasgupta, Koel Puri, Kanika Saluja, Ritu Beri, Roshni Nadar, Nira Singh of Chez Nini, Sara Pilot, and Sonalika Sahay.
Abhishek Bachchan received the award on behalf of his sister, Shweta Nanda and also received the Style Icon Award. Farooq Abdullah was adjudged the Style Legend. In the days leading up the award ceremony, HT City and Fever ran a People’s Choice contest, the winners of which were Shashi Tharoor and Ritu Beri based on the votes of HT City readers while Malvinder Singh emerged victorious among Fever listeners.
The event was attended by the who’s who of Delhi.
