There is a lot of speculation going around on the mismatch of the hand-writings between Jiah's suicide note found by her sisters, and the love letters recovered from Suraj's home.
As per Hindustan Times, Suraj's father Aditya Pancholi is taking this matter further and investigating the letters. Aditya mentioned to Hindustan Times,
“The police will do something, and from my side, I’ve given it to handwriting analysts. We are waiting for the reports. They will take a week. When you see it with the naked eye, it doesn’t seem to be written by the same writers (sic),” says Aditya
While Aditya is eagerly waiting for the reports, he says that he will take a call after the report arrives. He also mentions that the whole society should support him if the note proves false.
Jiah's mother Rabbiya Khan is, however, unfazed by all this. She says,
“If he (Aditya) wants to sue me, I am waiting for it. My daughter did not fear death, she feared love. Now she is no more…nothing matters to me. I don’t care about anything. I am in the jungle and I know the laws of jungle. That’s why I am fearless now. (sic)”
Jiah Khan committed suicide in her Juhu apartment on June 3rd. Couple of days after this incident, he sisters found a note that accused her boyfriend Suraj of mental and physical harassment. Suraj is now in police custody under the allegations of abetting Jiah's suicide.
