The rumours apparently started when the usually aloof director made an appearance at the actor's birthday celebrations. Mid Day reports that Bhansali was very impressed by the actor the moment he saw him for the first time, and there is a big possibility that he may cast the Kai Po Che star in his next which will be started after completion of Ram Leela and his Mary Kom biopic.
